To resolve this error first you must have the 3 1/2" floppy feature
code disk supplied with your program. Open your Stitch program
and click on the "Option" tab, then "Option" again. This should open a
file list that has a "Feature Code" blank. Delete all characters in
the feature code blank. Install the floppy disk in to "A" drive
with your feature code on it. Click on the button to the right
of the blank feature code you just removed and this should show a file
on the disk. Select the file if more then one that has "no net"
in the name and open. Close your Stitch program and reopen from
the desktop icon. Select any design in examples folder within
the ST2000 folder and if it allows you to "Save As" everything is
working. Note : if you are using Windows 2000 or XP you will not
